Why do we collect data?
- To subscribe to the newsletter allowing you to receive information by email about the Company's news and its product and service offerings;
- Where applicable, for order registration and tracking, including delivery management and after-sales service
On what legal basis?
The legal basis is Article 6.1.a of the European regulation on the protection of personal data and more specifically consent for the newsletter and the performance of a contract for orders;
Who has access to this data, where is it stored, and for how long?
- the recipients of the data are the company Les 3 Planeurs, its internal departments in charge of managing the mailing list, the subcontractor operating the management of the web server (Wix.com Ltd), as well as any person legally authorized to access the data (judicial services, if applicable);
- The data processing period is limited to the time during which you are subscribed to our communication services, it being understood that you can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the end of our emails or contact the data controller (the Company);
- The server hosting the mailing list is hosted by Wix.com Ltd, which means that your data may be transferred outside the EU under Article 46.2.d of the GDPR. Wix.com Ltd has provided adequate safeguards based on the standard contractual clauses established and approved by the European Commission. What are your rights?
- You have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or a restriction of processing concerning you, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. The data controller is SAS Mini Vintage. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- As part of the newsletter, providing your email address is necessary to receive the aforementioned communications, and is entirely optional.
